HERO (HeroApp.PH) is the first Philippine app for skilled home service freelancers!
It is a mobile platform where skilled home service providers can directly transact with customers without middlemen or agencies. The app’s open-market environment allows service providers the opportunity to engage with clients and price their services according to their training and experience.
Initial home services include house repairs, painting, or installation work by a general handyman, electrician and appliance repair, housekeeping services like cleaning and ironing, tutoring, and nanny/childcare services, rendered by graduates of TESDA or similar equivalent training centers.
Features of the app include:
- Real-time booking of services: Heroes receive real-time job requests from clients;
- An open-market environment that allows Heroes to price their services or provide quotes based on the scope of work;
- A messaging function where Heroes can directly get in touch with their clients within the app;
- A rating and review function that allows Heroes to also rate their customers
